Overall response rates (ORRs) and complete response rates (CRRs) served as the key metrics. In the safety analysis, the occurrence of these adverse effects was studied: muscle spasms, dysgeusia, alopecia, weight loss, fatigue, nausea, myalgias, vomiting, squamous cell skin cancer, elevated creatine kinase, diarrhea, decreased appetite, and amenorrhea.
